:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented EMEA Services Training Coordinator to join our team! In this role you will get to help colleagues across the whole of EMEA develop their skills to thrive professionally.What You\'ll Be Doing:
  • Training needs assessment support.
  • Training program development support.
  • Logistics coordination
  • Facilitation and delivery
  • Evaluation and feedback
  • Record keeping and reporting
  • Continuous improvement
What Required Skills You\'ll Bring:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering/ human resources management/ education/ business administration or related field (or equivalent experience) and typically 3+ years of related work experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills attention-to-detail.
  • Proficient MS Office Suite familiarity Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Exceptional communication interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently collaboratively within team settings.
What Desired Skills You\'ll Bring:
  • Experience working within any professional training environment in a similar related role
  • Passion for the development of yourself and others within a professional setting
  • Certification such as CPTM (Certified Professional in Training Management) advantageous
