:EMEA Finance Business Partner- tr\xc3\xbcfr\xc3\xbcYou will report to the EMEA Finance Director and be part of the tr\xc3\xbcfr\xc3\xbc team to lead all financial analysis, forecasting, and control of new market launches. The role will work closely with different stakeholders across the markets to ensure proper P&L reporting of tr\xc3\xbcfr\xc3\xbc in expansion markets. The Finance Business Partner plays a key role in analyzing results, developing forecasts and annual plans, and co-piloting tr\xc3\xbcfr\xc3\xbc team to deliver results in line with those targets.We are Health & Wellness, part of Mars Snacking. Bachelors or masters degree, preferably in Finance or relevant experience.
Experience working as a Finance Business Partner and/or FP&A.
Ideally P&L creation from the beginning
Digital tools knowledge and experience is an advantage.
Strong communication skills - Upward and laterally - both verbal and written are essential.
Problem-solving and insights into financial information.
Ability to connect across different stakeholder groups.
Ability to handle several tasks/requests, prioritize them, and escalate any issues in due course.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Lead finance workstream within tr\xc3\xbcfr\xc3\xbc team to generate solid P&L forecasts for the new markets with the support of key stakeholders in tr\xc3\xbcfr\xc3\xbc team and local Mars business units.
Ensure necessary preparation for proper P&L reporting on a periodical basis including the preparation/participation of Portfolio Management Review (PMR), Demand Management Review (DMR), Integrate Reconciliation (IRR), and Management Business Review (MBR) steps.
Manage transformational & regional budgets for tr\xc3\xbcfr\xc3\xbc.
Be the category co-pilot for tr\xc3\xbcfr\xc3\xbc with providing financial analysis, insights, and decision-making support to Health & Wellness (H&W) EMEA Leadership Team, through detailed reporting on Advertising and Promotional (A&P) spend, Margin after Conversion (MAC) by item, resource/cost allocation, etc.
Prepare periodic business review deck for tr\xc3\xbcfr\xc3\xbc, analysis, and commentary of full P&L, incl. Net Sales Value (NSV), Margin after Conversion (MAC), overheads, advertising, earnings, and regional budget management.
Lead full P&L forecasting process within Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP), preferably by leveraging automated tools such as Power BI.
Lead Annual Execution Plan (AEP)/IVCP processes for tr\xc3\xbcfr\xc3\xbc in international markets.
Lead the weekly preparation and communication of tr\xc3\xbcfr\xc3\xbc Daily Business Position (DBP).
Perform other ad hoc analyses.
