We are seeking an EME Commercial Performance Trainer to join our EME Commercial Capabilities and Performance team!
This position is open to any location within EME with regular travel expected ( 50%)
What will your responsibilities be within bioM\xc3\xa9rieux?
This role will work with the regional commercial leadership team to drive execution of initiatives designed to equip bioM\xc3\xa9rieux\'s commercial customer facing teams with the necessary skills to deliver and exceed bioM\xc3\xa9rieux\'s ambitious growth and revenue targets. The main responsibility of this role is to adapt and deliver training programmes and curricula focussed on account leadership, value selling, price negotiation and effective use of commercial enablers including CRM.
Main accountaibilities:
Deliver sales training programs to new hires, existing sales teams and our distributor partners.
Promote use of competency model for skills development planning and field coaching.
Partner with GCCP, sales leaders and local HR/L&D to identify solutions to close new hire and existing sales people\'s skills and capabilities gaps as identified throughout training assessments and personal development plans.
Regular communication with regional sales and marketing leadership to have a clear understanding of market evolution and associated changes in skills required for success.
Regular travel (
50%) to subsidiaries for training delivery and follow-up
Who are you?
BA/BS Degree with a minimum of 5 years of business/sales experience is required.
Previous experience in adult training delivery, prior experience in In Vitro Diagnostics is highly preferred
You have a deep understanding of the sales environment and the skills and capabilities necessary for success in the evolving healthcare and diagnostics market
Strong influencing skills and a passion for finding innovative ways to engage learners and colleagues
Project management skills and the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively are critical for the role
You are a team player with the ability to interact with a wide range of people from different backgrounds and geographies
IT Proficiency required.
Fluency in English is required. 2nd European language is preferable.
