Role Overview
As a Full time Employee for Email Marketing Campaign Setup and Automation, you will be responsible for crafting end-to-end email marketing strategies, implementing automation workflows, and optimizing campaign performance. This is a project-based consulting role with the potential for ongoing collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns tailored to specific goals and audiences.
• Design and implement automated email workflows, including drip campaigns, lead nurturing, and re-engagement.
• Optimize email templates for deliverability, readability, and conversions.
• Analyze campaign metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with our team to align email marketing strategies with overall business goals.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in email marketing with a focus on campaign setup and automation.
• Proficiency in popular email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience working in the real estate industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
