Required ELV Techniciansfor a Telecom company in UAE.

Location: Abu Dhabi, Al Ain & Al Dhafra

Should have experience in the following systems:

• Dormakaba Access Control System
• ZKTeco Access Control System
• Dahua CCTV System
• Hikvision CCTV System

Certifications in Dormakaba and ZKTeco are preferred

Qualifications and Skills:

• Hands-on experience with the mentioned access control and CCTV systems.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Relevant certifications (preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Installation:
• Install, configure, and program Access control and CCTV systems.
• Conduct site assessments and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
• Run and terminate cabling for system components.
• System Configuration:
• Configure system settings according to client specifications and security requirements.
• Set up user access levels and permissions within access control systems.
• Configure camera settings (e.g., resolution, frame rate, motion detection) and integrate with network infrastructure.
• Maintenance:
• Perform regular preventive maintenance checks on access control and CCTV systems.
• Clean, lubricate, and adjust mechanical components to ensure optimal performance.
• Update software and firmware as needed to maintain system security and efficiency.
• Diagnose and repair faults in access control and CCTV systems, including hardware, software, and network issues.
• Replace or repair defective parts such as locks, control panels, cameras, and wiring.
• System Upgrades:
• Recommend and implement upgrades to improve system performance or meet new security requirements.
• Migrate data and settings during system upgrades to ensure continuity of service.
• Customer Support:
• Provide technical support and training to clients on the operation and maintenance of access control and CCTV systems.
• Respond to emergency service calls and provide timely resolutions to critical issues.
• Maintain records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during installation and maintenance activities.
• Ensure all installations comply with local building codes and industry standards

Salary: AED 4,000 to 5,500 (Depending upon experience)

Transportation will be provided by the company

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
