We are looking for an experienced ELV Technician who will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various ELV systems within hospital environments. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in BMS, CCTV, Access Control, Nurse Call, AV, and PA systems, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service and support. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure optimal facility operations and energy efficiency.
- Deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems for surveillance and security purposes.
- Implement and manage Access Control systems to regulate entry and exit within hospital premises.
- Install, test, and maintain Nurse Call systems to facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- Configure and maintain Audio-Visual (AV) systems for presentations, conferences, and educational purposes.
- Install and manage Public Address (PA) systems for broadcasting announcements and emergency notifications.
- Conduct routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure the reliability and functionality of ELV systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and fulfill service requests in a timely manner.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians and support staff as needed.
- Adhere to industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements throughout all phases of project execution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of ELV systems, with a focus on BMS, CCTV, Access Control, Nurse Call, AV, and PA systems.
- Proven track record of working in hospital environments and familiarity with healthcare-specific requirements and regulations.
- Proficiency in reading technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints for system design and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering superior quality workmanship and customer service.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Relevant certifications and licenses in ELV systems installation and maintenance are highly desirable.
