We are looking for an experienced ELV Technician who will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various ELV systems within hospital environments. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in BMS, CCTV, Access Control, Nurse Call, AV, and PA systems, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service and support. Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure optimal facility operations and energy efficiency.
Deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems for surveillance and security purposes.
Implement and manage Access Control systems to regulate entry and exit within hospital premises.
Install, test, and maintain Nurse Call systems to facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
Configure and maintain Audio-Visual (AV) systems for presentations, conferences, and educational purposes.
Install and manage Public Address (PA) systems for broadcasting announcements and emergency notifications.
Conduct routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure the reliability and functionality of ELV systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and fulfill service requests in a timely manner.
Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians and support staff as needed.
Adhere to industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements throughout all phases of project execution.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of ELV systems, with a focus on BMS, CCTV, Access Control, Nurse Call, AV, and PA systems.
Proven track record of working in hospital environments and familiarity with healthcare-specific requirements and regulations.
Proficiency in reading technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints for system design and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
