We are seeking a dynamic and motivated ELV Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ELV systems and will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for a range of extra low voltage systems and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Business Development:
• Generate new business opportunities in the ELV sector (security systems, CCTV, fire alarms, access control, AV systems, etc.).
• Promote and sell ELV solutions to potential clients, including architects, consultants, contractors, and facility managers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitors to develop competitive strategies.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure continued business and customer satisfaction.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product training, and post-sales support.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely quotations, proposals, and solutions tailored to client needs.
• Technical Knowledge & Support:
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in ELV systems and technologies.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design and propose customized solutions for clients.
• Understand technical specifications, installation procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Project Coordination:
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of ELV systems.
• Assist in overseeing installation, testing, and commissioning of systems.
• Monitor project progress and assist in resolving any issues related to project timelines or budgets.
• Market Research & Reporting:
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and potential customers.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor analysis.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, product performance, and areas for improvement.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing, product development, and technical teams to create effective sales strategies and product offerings.
• Collaborate with other sales team members to ensure consistent messaging and product promotion.
Qualifications:
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Additional certifications or training in ELV systems is a plus.
• Experience:
• Proven sales experience in the ELV or related industry (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm Systems, AV, etc.).
• 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development, with a solid understanding of the technical aspects of ELV systems.
• Experience in negotiating and closing deals, preparing proposals, and managing client relationships.
