Job Description

Gerab System Solutions is #hiring a ELV Sales Executive for its sister company AMPCONNECT.

Job Summary:

The ELV Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the market. This role involves selling ELV to commercial and industrial clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in structured cabling systems & ELV Systems and a proven track record in sales and customer account handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Execution:

Conduct site surveys and assessments to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

Negotiate terms and close sales deals.

Business Development:

Identify and target potential customers through networking, cold calling, Meetings and other sales strategies.

Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets.

Collaborate with the Vendor team to provide customized solutions to clients.

Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients

Meeting End users, Consultants and the identify the project at early stage.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.

Regularly follow up with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify additional needs.

Customer Account Handling:

Manage customer accounts to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

Monitor customer orders and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.

Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Develop and implement strategies to retain key accounts and expand the customer base.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in structured cabling & ELV

Provide technical advice and support to customers regarding product selection and implementation.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.

Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of structured cabling systems & ELV, standards, and components.

Ability to conduct technical site surveys and assessments.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

UAE Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
