Responsibilities:
o Sales and Business Development: Identify and target potential customers for medium to largescale integrated physical security solutions, including CCTV, ANPR, Access Control, Gate Barriers, Intercom Systems, Digital Signage, and Passive/Active Networking.
o Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their security needs and offering tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
o Solution Selling: Provide expert consultation and guidance to clients by recommending suitable ELV and security system solutions, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer specifications.
o Proposals and Negotiation: Lead the creation and submission of customized technical and commercial proposals. Negotiate terms, pricing, and project scope with clients, ensuring competitiveness while maintaining profitability.
o Collaboration with Engineering & Pre-Sales Teams: Work closely with the engineering, presales, and project management teams to ensure a seamless transition from the sales phase to the implementation phase. Ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
o Market Research & Trend Analysis: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes (e.g., DPS/SIRA, MCC) that impact ELV and security solutions, providing clients with up-to-date information.
.Site Surveys & Requirements Gathering: Attend site visits to understand client requirements, assess site conditions, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to design the most effective and efficient solutions.
.Customer Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product presentations and system demonstrations to clients, showcasing the benefits and capabilities of proposed solutions.
o Sales Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and documentation, tracking progress against targets and providing regular updates to senior management
o Project Handover Support: Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth handover after the sale, ensuring client expectations are met and that all post-sale support is delivered effectively.
o Training & Support: Offer post-sales support to clients, providing training and ongoing assistance to ensure proper use and maintenance of installed systems.
o Achieving Sales Targets: Drive the sales process to meet or exceed sales quotas, contributing to the overall business growth and success of the company.
Qualifications: o
Proven experience in ELV system sales, preferably in security solutions such as CCTV, Access Control, and Networking.
• Strong understanding of ELV technologies and solutions, including the regulatory standards and industry compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close sales and build long-term client relationships.
• Ability to create compelling technical and commercial proposals.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar design tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
