Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for ELV systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Technical Expertise:
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable ELV solutions.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates and proposals.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and products in the ELV market.
• Provide technical support and training to clients as needed.
• Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant standards and regulations.
• Customer Service:
• Provide excellent after-sales support to maintain long-term client relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any technical or service-related issues promptly.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
