Inspection and Testing:
Perform on-site inspections and quality checks for installation, commissioning, and handover of systems such as CCTV, PA systems, access control, fire alarms, and others.
Test and verify that all systems are functioning properly before the final handover to the client.
Conduct acceptance tests, function tests, and ensure systems are free from faults.
Document results of testing and inspections, reporting non-compliances, and following up on corrective actions.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, and quality checks.
Prepare detailed reports outlining the quality status of the project, including any issues and recommendations.
Ensure that all project documentation (e.g., test certificates, inspection reports, and approvals) is properly completed and archived.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the ELV installation team, contractors, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
Communicate effectively with project managers and engineers to ensure that quality standards are met.
Advise on technical issues and suggest solutions to improve quality and efficiency.
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
Identify any installation or system defects and coordinate necessary corrective actions.
Conduct fault-finding and troubleshooting on ELV systems when required.
Ensure prompt resolution of non-conformities and rework issues to maintain the project's schedule.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure that all work adheres to safety regulations and best practices.
Ensure that all safety precautions are followed during testing and installation of ELV systems.
Conduct safety audits and report potential risks.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education
: Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
Experience
: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in quality control or testing of ELV systems.
Technical Knowledge
: Strong understanding of ELV systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, etc.) and relevant industry standards.
Certifications
: Relevant certifications in quality management systems or electrical safety are a plus (e.g., ISO certifications).
Skills

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using testing and diagnostic tools for ELV systems.
