Responsibilities:
• Meeting regularly with clients to discuss project progress and issues that may arise during the course of the project
• Managing and overseeing the entire project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, procurement management, etc.
• Overseeing the project team's work to ensure that they meet deadlines and milestones
• Reviewing project deliverables to ensure that they meet requirements and specifications
• Monitoring changes in legislation and industry trends to ensure that projects are up to date with best practices
• Providing technical expertise and experience where needed to solve complex problems
• Managing subcontractors or vendors to ensure that they meet deadlines and deliver high-quality products or services according to specifications
• Communicating with stakeholders about project status, risks, and challenges
• Managing conflict among team members to ensure that all parties are on the same page
• ELV/MEP project management of multiple projects, including coordination with other trades, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project completion
• Review of project documents for compliance with company standards and procedures
• Development of project schedules, budgets, and estimates
• Coordination and scheduling of ELV/MEP resources, both internally and externally
• Tracking of project milestones and deliverables
• Identification and resolution of project issues and risks
• Management of change orders and contract modifications
• Preparation of progress reports and status updates
• Conducting of project meetings and site visits
• Quality assurance/quality control of ELV/MEP systems
• Commissioning of ELV/MEP systems
• Close-out of ELV/MEP project documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
• 5+ years experience in ELV/MEP project management
• Proven track record of successful project delivery
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
• Thorough understanding of building codes and standards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
• Master's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
• 5+ years experience in ELV/MEP project management
• Has a driving license and willing to travel to meet clients and site visits
• Experience with value engineering and constructability reviews
Working Days: 6 days (Monday-Saturday)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
