Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in Procurement:

Support the procurement team in sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing ELV systems and components, including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, intercom, and public address systems.

Vendor Coordination:

Assist in managing supplier relationships and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of ELV equipment.

Document Management:

Help in maintaining accurate procurement records, contracts, and documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Cost Tracking:

Assist in monitoring procurement budgets and help with tracking expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Market Research:

Conduct basic market research to identify new suppliers, trends, and technologies in the ELV sector.

Inventory Assistance:

Support inventory management tasks, ensuring that materials and systems are available as needed for ongoing projects.

Support Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure all procurement activities meet project specifications and timelines.

Quality Control Support:

Assist with the inspection and quality checks of ELV systems and equipment before delivery.
Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Procurement, or a related field.

Experience:

1 year of experience in procurement, ELV systems, or a related field.

Technical Knowledge:

Basic understanding of ELV systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarms, etc.) is a plus.

Procurement Skills:

Experience with vendor coordination, sourcing products, and understanding procurement processes.

Communication:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.

Proficiency:

Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with procurement software is a plus.
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with ELV standards and industry regulations. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems or tools. A proactive attitude and eagerness to contribute to team success.
