Job Description

:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ELV Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and prior experience in managing ELV projects, with expertise in a range of systems including CCTV, access control, structured cabling, disabled toilet alarm, PAVA, AV, and gate barrier systems. The ELV Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and completion of ELV projects from inception to delivery, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and project timelines

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing comprehensive ELV systems incorporating CCTV, SCS, AV, Access Control, PAVA, Master Clock, Intercom, BGM, Gate Barriers, and Speed Gates to meet client requirements and project specifications.
• Integrating ELV systems with other building systems to ensure seamless operation and interoperability.
• Project Planning and Management:
• Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets for ELV projects.
• Managing project resources, including equipment, materials, and manpower, to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Installation and Commissioning:
• Overseeing the installation and commissioning of ELV systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Conducting comprehensive testing and commissioning of ELV systems to verify functionality and performance.
• Client Liaison:
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Providing regular project updates, addressing client concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
• Providing technical support for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ELV systems during installation, testing, and operation.
• Developing maintenance plans and providing ongoing support to ensure the reliability and performance of installed systems.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Creating and maintaining detailed project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, test reports, and as-built documentation.
• Generating project reports and updates for management and clients as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
