•Position Overview: •

We are seeking engineer who will demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission-critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest availability, performance, and security levels, Arabic Speaking with excellent management with Border police, Security staff, Attending the calls within committed service level agreement, submission of reports within agreed format & time, Regular corrective & preventive maintenance, Managing the support team and ensure KPI's are met.

•Education and Experience Requirements: •

• Minimum 6 years of working experience
• Strong knowledge and experience in CCTV System, Access Control, Bollard & Barrier, storage/servers, networking, Parking guidance system, Library system, etc.
• Engineering degree or 3 years diploma

•Preferred Certifications: •

• Certification on Video Management, access control, Server, Storage, Networking
• UAE Emirates compliance certifications will be a value add

•Job Responsibilities: •

• Manages and monitors all installed systems and infrastructure for the organization to be in line with company guidelines or SOP (standard operating procedure).
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, Video management systems, Access control systems, Bollard & Barrier, Parking guidance system, People counting system, Library System, etc. L2 level of Server & storage, L2 level of network switch & structure cabling, and system management tools
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
• Ensuring customer & Securetech HSE/OSHAD standards
• Liaise with Team Lead, vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution Deals with the work process, optimization methods, and risk management tools in the given projects for successful accomplishments according to the requirements of the stakeholders.
• Perform periodic preventive maintenance tasks for the system and rectify the issues proactively
• Preparing period corrective and preventive maintenance reports and submit to the customer and maintaining record with the customer acceptance for future requirement
• Monitoring and managing the subordinates
• Following KPI's & Highest satisfaction of customers.
