Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:1. Design & Engineering:

Develop ELV system designs, layouts, and schematics, including CCTV, access control, public address, and structured cabling. Prepare design calculations, technical drawings, and specifications for ELV systems. Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors for seamless integration of ELV systems.

2. Technical Analysis & Documentation:

Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine system requirements. Prepare technical reports, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and cost estimates for ELV projects. Develop system architecture and prepare shop drawings, single-line diagrams, and connection details.

3. Project Execution & Coordination:

Collaborate with project teams for the installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions during project implementation. Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations during installation.

4. Vendor & Client Coordination:

Communicate with suppliers and vendors for material selection and procurement. Work closely with clients to understand requirements and provide suitable ELV solutions. Provide training and handover documentation to end-users.

5. Testing & Commissioning:

Conduct system testing and commissioning to ensure functionality and performance. Develop testing procedures and troubleshoot system malfunctions. Ensure all ELV systems are integrated and operating as per design specifications.

6. Compliance & Standards:

Stay updated with the latest ELV technologies, regulations, and best practices. Ensure compliance with local authority guidelines and international standards. Maintain documentation and reports for audits and regulatory approvals.
