One of a Leading Client in Abu Dhabi is looking for ELV Assistant Project Manager to join their team.

Job Summary:
The ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Assistant Project Manager will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of ELV system projects, including surveillance systems, access control, public address systems, structured cabling, fire alarm systems, and other low-voltage infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Assist in managing ELV systems projects, from the design phase to installation, commissioning, and handover.
Client Interaction:
Serve as the point of contact for clients regarding project updates, clarifications, and feedback.
Planning & Scheduling:
Assist with the preparation of project schedules and timelines, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and in a timely manner.
Technical Support:
Provide technical assistance in system designs, installations, troubleshooting, and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all ELV installations meet industry standards, project requirements, and safety regulations.
Team Collaboration:
Work with the project team, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any challenges that arise.
Budget Control:
Assist in monitoring and controlling project costs to stay within the approved budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities where applicable.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation, including technical drawings, RFIs (Requests for Information), change orders, and other related paperwork.
Site Supervision:
Perform regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and provide on-site technical support for installation and commissioning phases.
Risk Management:
Assist in identifying potential project risks and work with the team to implement mitigation strategies.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations for all ELV systems installations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
Experience in managing or assisting with the implementation of ELV systems projects, including knowledge of systems like CCTV, access control, fire alarm, PA, and structured cabling.
Strong understanding of ELV systems, equipment, and technologies. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., NFPA, BS standards).
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to resolve issues during installation and commissioning phases.
Previous experience working with ELV systems in construction, commercial, or industrial projects.
Familiarity with local electrical codes and regulations.
Salary Range: AED 12,500
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,500.00 per month
