Job Description

Vee 7 Information Technology LLC, a leading BIM outsourcing company based in Dubai, is seeking a skilled Elevator BIM Modeler with expertise in Revit, Inventor, or Creo and a background in mechanical or civil engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D models of elevator systems and mechanical components using Inventor or Creo .
• Integrate and implement developed components into Revit for project delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to produce coordinated and clash-free BIM models.
• Ensure all models meet project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for BIM models and workflows.
• Address design challenges and technical issues within a BIM environment.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in BIM tools and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering .
• 2-3 years of professional experience in elevator BIM modeling or related fields.
• Proficiency in Inventor or Creo for mechanical component modeling.
• Strong hands-on experience with Revit for implementing and delivering BIM projects.
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems, particularly elevators and vertical transportation.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, workflows, and project delivery processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
