Quality of Learning: Plan and implement engaging and interactive lessons that promote active learning and critical thinking skills. Use assessment data to track student progress and tailor instruction accordingly. 2. Conditions for Learning: Establish positive relationships with students and parents to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and conducive learning environment. 3. Developing Learning in and beyond the Classroom: Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic and personal growth. Celebrate student achievements and share examples of outstanding learning with colleagues. 4. Evaluating Learning: Implement assessment strategies to monitor student learning and progress.
