Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our team, specializing in Radar Traffic Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of radar traffic monitoring equipment. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to ensuring the optimal performance of traffic monitoring systems. The ideal candidate should be flexible and willing to work on different projects and assignments as needed, including working overtime and relocating if the project requires.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Setup:

o Install radar traffic monitoring systems and associated hardware at various locations. o Configure and calibrate radar equipment to ensure accurate traffic data collection.

o Install and configure ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) cameras, face detection cameras, CCTV LAN cameras, and ATS (Automated Traffic Systems).

o Pull cables and perform cable terminations as required for system installations. o Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate systems with existing infrastructure.

Maintenance and Repair:

o Perform regular maintenance checks on radar equipment and related camera systems to ensure functionality.

o Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues with radar systems and cameras.

o Repair or replace defective components and ensure systems are back online promptly.

Emergency & Preventative Maintenance:

o Perform emergency and preventative maintenance for Kiosk and Gantry systems.

o Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.

o Check ANPR software status, Radar Service status, ATS Service status. Check all ANPR and Evidence cameras, Screen Manager and Screen Server status.

o Check LED screen controller and Data Transfer service.

o Clean systems inside and outside during preventative maintenance.

o Maintain optimal AC settings and cleanliness for system operation.

o Adjustment of Radar units and its configuration during activation.

CCTV Tasks:

o Install and configure CCTV cameras, access control systems, and gate barriers.

o Perform maintenance and troubleshooting for CCTV systems.

o Manage VMS (Video Management System) software for CCTV operations.

Working Conditions:

• Work may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and move equipment.
• May require standing, bending, and climbing ladders for extended periods

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Required)

Experience:

• installing, maintaining, and repairing radar traffic systems: 1 year (Required)
• installation and configuration of ANPR cameras, CCTV: 1 year (Required)
• managing network devices such as routers and firewalls.: 1 year (Required)
• pulling cables and performing cable terminations.: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
