Location: CA-001, CA-002, Ajman China Mall, Al Jurf, UAE

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting and purchasing electronic products.

2. Effectively communicate product features, specifications, and benefits in both English and Arabic.

3. Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback from customers in a professional manner.

4. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, as well as store policies.

5. Support inventory management, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting inventory checks.

6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.

7. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall shopping experience.

8. Keep updated on the latest electronic products and industry trends.

9. Provide language support and translation for Arabic-speaking customers when needed.

Job Requirements

1. Language Skills : Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken).

2. Experience : Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in electronic products, is an advantage.

3. Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain technical products in a simple and engaging manner.

4. Customer Service : A friendly, approachable attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.

5. Technical Knowledge : Basic understanding of electronic devices and willingness to learn about new products.

6. Education : High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.

7. Flexibility : Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

8. Teamwork : Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

9. Problem-Solving : Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve customer issues promptly.

10. Work Authorization : Must have valid authorization to work in the country of employment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
