This role involves conducting market research,feasibility studies, and concept simulations, as well as overseeing the design, fabrication, andtesting of printed circuit boards (PCBs). The Electronics Engineer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure the successful integration and approval ofelectronic products.Responsibilities:
Design and develop components such as circuit boards and other devices. work
closely with software engineers to create new components, conduct tests onprototypes, and oversee the manufacturing process of a variety of hardwarecomponents. Responsible for market research (specific product features, technologyand design in exist), Data collection, analysis of Bench-mark data, study of ThingsGone Right / Things Gone Wrong Reports, competitive approach in productdevelopment.
To thoroughly check materials, procedures and mechanical or electrical systems to
ensure that customers get high-quality, functional products. They run tests on variouscomponents and features to identify and fix technical issues.
Evaluate a project's firmware needs, designing a firmware solution to meet project
needs, develop and implement new firmware (i.e., programming), debug firmware toensure it functions properly, evaluate performance and troubleshoot as needed,incorporate client feedback into firmware revisions
Designing and executing test plans for embedded software with the goal of
automating the tests. Responsibilities include development and execution ofverification test scripts. This work will involve close collaboration with developmentand quality engineers.
Support and maintain inhouse technology equipment, installing, configuring,
diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring itsoptimal performance.
Responsible to conduct feasibility study on design brief are approved,
Responsible for conducting PCB Concept Feasibility.
Preparation of Concept Simulation and BOM creation.
Conduct review of Concept Simulation along with Mechanical Engineering team.
Finalizing of Hardware and Software design
Finalize the supplier for hardware and software development along with purchase
Team.
Review and Finalizing of PCB (Gerber) with Multi-disciplinary Team (Design,
Engineering, Quality, SCM, etc.,)
Release PCB (Gerber) for Vendor Fabrication.
Responsible to review and approve the Vendor Fabrication procedures and test report
templates are submitted by vendors along with Multi-disciplinary Team (Design,Engineering, Quality, SCM, etc.,)
Responsible for Product simulation modeling.

Responsible for PCB fabrication and assembly.
Finalizing of Board bring up.
Review and approve the results of PCB Design modification, then complete System
Integration Testing.
If the test pass, then Product Sample simulation modeling is submitted for customer
review.
Review and approve Vendor T0 (Trail Trial 0) PCB fabrication.
Define and conduct testing for T0 (Trail Trial 0) final product.
Responsible for functional and system integration test of T0 (Trail 0 PCB Fabrication
and Assembly).
Submit sample for Quality Team reviews and approval.
Ensure customer approval is received. Feedback Report is prepared.
Travel Requirements:(Percentage of travelexpected)50% - 75%Requirements:- Education: xe2x80xa2 B.E/M Tech/ME Electronics- Experience:Minimum of 10 years of Hardware design, system/product level experience in automotiveindustry.- Skills:
Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and feasibility studies.
Proficiency in simulation and modeling software for electronic components
Experience in Automotive electronics Hardware design, schematic capture, generation
of design files, BOMs, troubleshooting and release.
Understanding of wire harness.
Experience In hardware/product development, integration, testing, compliance &
