Key Responsibilities:
l Design and develop PCBs using Fusion 360, ensuring optimal component placement, efficient routing, and maintaining high design standards.
l Develop and refine circuit schematics, ensuring compatibility with system requirements and high-performance criteria.
l Ensure signal integrity, compliance with EMI/EMC standards, and optimize power management for high-speed designs.
l Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support board bring-up, debugging, and validation of hardware for successful project execution.
l Prepare Gerber files, BOMs, and comprehensive documentation for PCB fabrication and assembly to ensure high-quality manufacturing.
Requirements:
l Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
l At least 2 years of experience in PCB design and electronic circuit development.
l Expertise in using Fusion 360 for PCB design, with a deep understanding of its features and capabilities.
l Solid background in analog and digital circuit design.
l In-depth knowledge of high-speed PCB design, power electronics, and RF considerations.
l Experience with component selection, BOM management, and sourcing components.
l Proficient in Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Testing (DFT) principles.
l Must have knowlegde for manufacturing the PCBs.
Preferred Qualifications:
l Experience in low-power embedded systems, wireless communication, and
power electronics.
l Familiarity with microcontrollers such as ESP32, STM32, and other IoT platforms.
l Knowledge of industry standards, including IPC, ISO, and EMI/EMC compliance
