Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Structural Engineer or Electromechanical Engineer

to oversee and manage

maintenance and contracting projects

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

construction, structural analysis, electromechanical systems, and project management

. They will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance and contracting projects from inception to completion.

Structural Engineering:

Perform

structural analysis, design, and assessments

to ensure building integrity and compliance with safety standards.

Electromechanical Systems:

Oversee

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical

system installations and maintenance.

Site Supervision:

Conduct

on-site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure quality control

during project execution.

Technical Documentation:

Prepare and review

engineering reports, project specifications, drawings, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)

.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure all projects comply with

local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards

.

Contracting & Procurement:

Coordinate with

contractors, suppliers, and government authorities

to facilitate smooth project execution.

Cost Estimation & Budgeting:

Assist in project

cost estimation, budgeting, and financial planning

.

Problem-Solving:

Identify and resolve

technical issues, structural concerns, and electromechanical failures

in ongoing projects.

Collaboration:

Work closely with

architects, consultants, clients, and project managers

to ensure seamless project execution.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
