Job description We are hiring well experienced electro mechanical project manager with hands-on and sound technical knowledge in large scale HVAC installations for industrial applications. The ideal candidate has minimum 4 years of full project experience in industrial HVAC for machinery cooling systems. We need experience with dry coolers, water cooing towers, and plate heat exchangers. Must have good knowledge in 3 phase electrical systems, high capacity pumps, pressure valves, handling practical challenges in such large systems. Especially installing and commissioning of dry cooling towers and water cooling towers for over 2MW of heat producing electrical equipment. Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from end-to-end from planning through build and delivery
- Ensure timely delivery and accountability of team members
- Source materials, contractors, and labors when needed
- Recruit and manage team when needed
- Work with management, contractors, and teams
- Report progress to management
- Account expenses to finance team on daily basis
- Ensure health and safety at all times
- Candidate must have a minimum of 4 years full project experience
- Must have full knowledge of equipment, tools, safety measures, bill of materials, and best practices in the field of industrial HVAC systems
- Must have good verbal skill in English
- Additional language skills are a plus
- UAE driving license
- Excellent team handling and management skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Attention to detail, quality, and safety is a must
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Project Management: 4 years (Required)
