Electro- Mechanical Control Equipment Supervisor
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following
Develop and implement schedules and priorities; plan, assign, and supervise the work of Electro Mechanical staff in a wide variety of equipment. Inspect work in progress and upon completion for compliance to standard trade practices.
Perform skilled journey level work related to electrical, mechanical, electronic, controls equipment associated with various equipment and systems
Maintain a preventive and predictive maintenance program using a CMMS, and order supplies and materials.
Assist in the performance evaluations of subordinate personnel.
Train and supervise electro mechanical control staff.
Ensure the use of OSHA safety rules, appropriate personal protective equipment and proper work techniques.
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment to insure proper and safe operation.
Perform related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering from Government recognized institution
Experience
10 years relevant experience in HVAC and the respective field with 3 years in Health Care facilities
