Job Title: Multi-Skilled Technician (Electrician/Plumber/Painter)Location: Dubai, UAEJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Technician to join our maintenance team for Staff Accommodation in Jebal Ali, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have expertise in electrical work, plumbing, and painting, ensuring high-quality maintenance and repair services across our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical Work:
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and fixtures.
• Inspect electrical components such as transformers and circuit breakers.
• Diagnose electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
• Follow local regulations based on the National Electrical Code.
• Plumbing:
• Install and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
• Unclog drains and fix leaks.
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and standards.
• Painting:
• Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and washing walls.
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
• Choose the right type of paint or finish for different applications.
• Perform touch-ups and repairs to maintain the aesthetics of buildings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an electrician, plumber, and painter.
• Relevant certifications or licenses for electrical and plumbing work.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in various environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Work Environment:

• Work may be performed indoors and outdoors.
• The position may require lifting, standing, and working in confined spaces.
