Position Overview:
The Electrician/Plumber will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing both electrical and plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. This dual role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical Work:
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, ensuring safety and compliance with local codes.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams for electrical installations.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
• Plumbing Work:
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and system failures.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams for plumbing installations.
• General Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients regarding project status and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices for both electrical and plumbing work.

Qualifications:

• Relevant certification or licenses in electrical and plumbing work.
• Proven experience in both electrical and plumbing fields (residential and/or commercial).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
