Job Description

The Site In-Charge will oversee the operations of the center, ensuring optimal performance, security, and maintenance of equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing industrial or technical facilities, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the data center to ensure efficiency and performance.
Monitor and maintain mining equipment, including troubleshooting and repairs.
Ensure the security and safety of the site, including physical security and network integrity.
Manage and supervise on-site staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Coordinate with the technical team for upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Maintain records of site operations, equipment status, and incident reports.
Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance and supplies.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing industrial or technical facilities.
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency mining operations and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of electrical and network systems is a plus.
Ability to work in a remote location and be on-call as needed.
