Key Responsibilities :
• Installation :
• Install electrical wiring, control panels, and systems for new vessels or during retrofitting projects.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime standards.
• Maintenance :
• Perform routine inspections of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Check and service batteries, generators, and circuit breakers.
• Repair :
• Diagnose and fix electrical issues, such as short circuits, system failures, or equipment malfunctions.
• Replace damaged components like wires, fuses, and relays.
• Safety :
• Ensure all work adheres to safety guidelines and minimizes fire or electrical hazards.
• Conduct safety tests, including insulation resistance and grounding checks.
• Technical Documentation :
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
• Maintain logs and records of inspections, repairs, and modifications.
• Collaboration :
