Electricians are responsible for installing and repairing complex electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems working from technical blueprints. In order to qualify for this role, the individual must withhold an Electrotechnical Occupational Competence qualification from a technical college or governing body as well as previous experience in the field of working on both simple and complex electrical systems.
