Job Description

What you will do:

Electrical System Maintenance:

Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of the hotel's electrical systems, including lighting, power outlets, circuit breakers, electrical panels, and wiring.

Identify and resolve electrical issues or malfunctions to ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations.

Test electrical systems and circuits to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.

Repairs and Troubleshooting:

Diagnose electrical problems, malfunctions, and failures in equipment, machinery, and systems.

Perform timely repairs and troubleshooting for any electrical issues in guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, back-of-house operations, and other hotel facilities.

Replace or repair faulty wiring, switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, and electrical appliances.

Installation of Electrical Equipment:

Install, upgrade, and replace electrical systems, including lighting fixtures, appliances, and outlets, as needed.

Ensure that new electrical installations meet safety and quality standards and are in compliance with local electrical codes and regulations.

Compliance & Safety:

Follow hotel safety protocols and local electrical codes to maintain a safe work environment for guests and staff.

Ensure that electrical systems and installations are in compliance with all local, state, and national electrical safety regulations.

Perform safety checks on electrical equipment and systems, including fire alarms, emergency lighting, and backup power systems.

Emergency Response:

Respond promptly to electrical emergencies, including power outages, circuit failures, or any other urgent electrical issues.

Provide emergency electrical repairs and support to ensure minimal disruption to hotel operations and guest services.

Required Qualification:

Minimum 6 months to one year of experience
