Electrician:

Responsibilities

1- Should be able to do all kind of wiring for Villa, building any kind of project from starting to finish

2- Able to work based on drawing

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
• Inspect electrical components, such as circuit breakers, transformers, and switches, to identify defects, damage, or malfunctions, and repair or replace as needed.
• Test electrical systems and components using specialized tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions to restore functionality and prevent future problems.
• Adhere to all electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents or hazards.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, contractors, and project managers to coordinate electrical installations and repairs as part of larger construction projects.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, labor hours, and service reports.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients to address questions, concerns, and requests in a professional manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in electrical systems and equipment

Expert in:

-Cable Tray & Trunking

- Cable Glandding

- Cable termination

- DB Dressing

- GI /PVC Piping

- LV panel, Capacitor bank installation

Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an electrician, with a strong knowledge of electrical principles, practices, and regulations.
• Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, lifting, and climbing.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

Salary: 1800 to 2000 AED/ month
