We are seeking an experienced Electrician with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a maintenance company, specifically working on villas and apartments. Requirements:- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a maintenance company, specializing in villas and apartments.
- Proficiency in using basic electrical testing instruments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for building wiring, Pump Control Panel, DB, and MDB.
- Familiarity with ACB\xe2\x80\x99s, MCCB\xe2\x80\x99s, MCB\xe2\x80\x99s, ELCB\xe2\x80\x99s, RCD\xe2\x80\x99s, isolators, contactors, and light timers.
- Ability to gland and terminate XLPE/SWA/PVC Cu cables.
- Capability to independently dress Distribution Boards (DB).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
