We are currently seeking a versatile and experienced Electrician cum Plumber to join our team. As an Electrician cum Plumber, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of electrical and plumbing tasks, including installations, repairs, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in both electrical and plumbing systems, as well as a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, fixtures, and appliances, including wiring, switches, outlets, and circuit breakers & DB's Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and pipes, including sinks, toilets, faucets, and drainage systems Perform electrical and plumbing inspections to identify issues, defects, or potential hazards Troubleshoot electrical and plumbing problems and implement appropriate solutions in a timely manner Replace or repair defective electrical or plumbing components, such as wires, pipes, fittings, or fixtures Install and connect electrical and plumbing appliances, equipment, and devices Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards for electrical and plumbing work Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, labor hours, and service reports Provide estimates for electrical and plumbing projects and recommend upgrades or improvements to clients Communicate effectively with clients to explain repair or installation procedures, answer questions, and address concerns
