Job Title: Electrician cum plumber

Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years in a maintenance company

Location: Dubai

Availability: Immediate

Summary:

We are seeking a qualified electrician cum plumber to join our home maintenance team. Candidate will be responsible for maintaining, installing, and repairing electrical and plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures throughout the properties. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar environment and will possess a thorough understanding of electrical and plumbing works.

l Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experiences in similar field.

l Proficient on the use of basic electrical testing instrument i.e. Earth Tester, megger, PAT.

l Capable to perform electrical fault troubleshooting on bldg. wiring, Pump Control Panel, DB, MDB mostly in villas and appartments.

l Must be able to recognize and distinguish the utilization of ACB's, MCCB's, MCB's, ELCB's, RCD's, isolators, contactors, light timers.

l Must be able to gland and terminate XLPE/SWA/PVC Cu Cables.

l Must be able to dress DB independently.

l Should be able to manage and repair all piping works (PPR, Copper, HDPE, PVC, Flex, PB), valve installation, tank installation, sanitary fitting installation, drainage system, water supply system, hot water system, plumbing maintenance works.

l Knowledge in installing, repairing, maintaining all kind of plumbing works.

l Knowledge in water supply lines, pipes, pressure testing, etc.

l Testing plumbing system for leakage or any other related issues.

l Understanding of water distribution and disposal system in residential, commercial and industrial buildings.

l Candidate must be available in the UAE.

l Candidate should be in Visit/Cancelled visa.

l UAE driver's license (manual)

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
