About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician cum Plumber to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of electrical and plumbing tasks, including installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical and plumbing systems in residential and/or commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Electrical:
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment (e.g., switches, outlets, lighting, circuits, panels)
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems
• Perform electrical safety inspections
• Plumbing:
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures and systems (e.g., pipes, drains, toilets, sinks, showers)
• Clear clogged drains and repair leaks
• Perform plumbing system inspections
• Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Assist other tradespeople as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Electrician cum Plumber (minimum [Number] years)
• Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)

Benefits:

• Starting Salary: AED 1800/month (for candidates with UAE experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
