Job Description
An automotive electrician cum AC technician is a specialized professional responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the electrical systems and air conditioning units in vehicles. Here are the primary responsibilities and skills required for this role:
Responsibilities
• Electrical System Diagnosis and Repair :
• Inspecting and testing vehicle electrical systems.
• Diagnosing electrical faults using diagnostic tools.
• Repairing or replacing faulty wiring, relays, switches, and other electrical components.
• Air Conditioning System Maintenance :
• Inspecting and testing vehicle air conditioning systems.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults in the AC system.
• Recharging AC systems with refrigerant.
• Ensuring AC systems comply with environmental and safety regulations.
• Installation :
• Installing new electrical systems and air conditioning units in vehicles.
• Wiring and integrating additional electrical components like alarms, audio systems, and lighting.
• Preventive Maintenance :
• Conducting routine maintenance on electrical and AC systems.
• Replacing filters, belts, and other components as necessary.
• Customer Service :
• Explaining diagnostic findings and repair options to customers.
• Providing cost estimates for repairs and maintenance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
