We are seeking a skilled Electrical and Plumbing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both electrical and plumbing systems, ensuring that all installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks are completed to high standards. This role requires a strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and the capability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, outlets, and lighting.
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and plumbing issues efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and building codes.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national safety regulations and codes.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in both electrical and plumbing fields.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an electrical and plumbing technician.
• Relevant certifications and licenses in electrical and plumbing work.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and building codes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle manual tasks and lift heavy equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Al Karama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
