Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment, including wiring, lighting fixtures, switches, and circuit breakers, in accordance with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Inspect electrical systems, components, and equipment to identify and troubleshoot issues, and implement appropriate repairs or replacements as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as testing electrical circuits, inspecting electrical panels, and cleaning electrical equipment, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with other team members and contractors to coordinate electrical installations and repairs, and ensure that work is completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.
• Lighting control piping and wiring (KNX wiring & Distribution Board (DB) dressing)
• AC thermostats and curtain motors, including control cables termination
• Handle low voltage tasks such as piping, wiring, DB dressing, light and socket fixing.
• CCTV systems
• Intercom systems
• Smart locks
• DALI system wiring and connection.

3\. Documentation and Interpretation:

• Read and understand automation electrical drawings and data sheets.

4\. Quality Assurance:

• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks on installed systems.

Requirements

- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a Senior Electrical Technician role or similar position.

- Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of electrical and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems.

- Proficiency in electrical system installation.

- Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for client interactions and support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,500\.00 per month
