Qualifications :

4 years' experience as Electrician or similar position in preferably 5 star resorts.

Has the ability to technically communicate effectively in English, Arabic knowledge is an advantage

Has strong will to work very flexible working hours and has the ability to work under pressure.

Must have Electrical Diploma/ Certificate

Key Job Responsibilities:

1\. Attend daily briefing

2\. Take Handover from previous shift

3\. Prioritize list of tasks

4\. Repair Fused Lights

5\. Re-in state power trips - Kitchen, rooms

6\. Repair AC AHU

7\. Repair AC FCU

8\. Repair swim. Electrical Pool eq. lights machines

9\. Repair Sauna

10\. Repair Steam room

11\. Check Generator

12\. Check Boilers

13\. Take daily utility read

14\. Maintain electrical tools such as mugger

15\. Check and repair hand dryers

16\. Check and repair vacuum machines

17\. Assist DOE with Energy Analysis

18\. Main adequate stock levels of electrical equip

19\. Switch on / off elevator when required

20\. Reporting HS issues to supervisor

21\. Fill in electrical log books, complaints follow ups

22\. Use multi meter

23\. Keep own work areas clean / tidy

24\. Check HV & LV equipment

25\. Check & electrical pumps & controllers

26\. Install electrical equipment's to local / regulations

71\. Take responsibility to rectify hazardous situations, reporting major areas of concern to your Shift Supervisor

72\. Familiarize yourself with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures

73\. Ensure the correct usage of Personal Protective Equipment at all times. Reporting any defects immediately to the Shift Supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000\.00 - AED2,500\.00 per month
