We're Hiring: Mid-Level Mechanical & Electrical Engineer - Villa Projects

Location: Dubai

Job Type: Full Time

We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical & Electrical Engineer with Villa Project experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both mechanical and electrical engineering, with a specific focus on residential villa construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, install, and maintain MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing) for luxury villas.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of MEP systems.

Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.

Provide technical support from project concept through to commissioning.

Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to mechanical and electrical systems.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

3-5 years of experience in villa or residential projects.

Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and standards.

Expertise in MEP systems design and implementation (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).

Proficient in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, etc.).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
