Oversee the testing and commissioning of electrical systems, including switchgear, transformers, protection relays, and substation equipment.
Ensure all testing activities are performed in compliance with international standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC, etc.) and project specifications.
Identify new business opportunities for electrical testing and commissioning services in industries such as power generation, transmission & distribution, oil & gas, and industrial facilities.
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, utility companies, and industrial clients to secure testing contracts.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals for testing projects.
Work with sales and marketing teams to promote the company's testing capabilities through presentations, seminars, and industry events.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients for testing services.
Ensure high-quality service delivery to build repeat business and long-term partnerships
Prepare testing procedures, method statements, and risk assessments for commissioning activities.
Supervise and guide the testing team in pre-commissioning, functional testing, and system integration.
Identify and resolve technical issues during commissioning and coordinate with design and construction teams.
Ensure that all electrical equipment meets performance requirements before handover to clients.
Maintain detailed reports and documentation of all testing activities, including FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test).
Ensure high-quality service delivery to build repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Optimize resources and scheduling to meet project deadlines efficiently.
Already working with industrial clients and can promote testing services as an add-on.
Can help secure approvals and contracts for large-scale infrastructure projects.
