Cranes are fully automated with a panel view inside the operator cabin and PLC programmed with a control net, Device net, and Ethernet networking. . Cross travel, hoisting unit, and other tools are controlled by VFD (Allen Bradley & Danfoss). . Cranes protected by anti-collision devices and telemeters for auto-positioning. . Maximum EOT capacity is 100ton. Electrical Maintenance . Includes planning and executing maintenance activities of intelligent MCC (IMCC) with Profibus communication, MCC, PCC, bus duct system, control panels, tap changer panels, motors starter, numerical relays, feeder supervision relays, and Eocr (Schneider). . Conducted preventive maintenance. . Installed and modified equipment. . Monitored manufacturing operations for safety compliance. .
