• Technical knowledge of electrical systems and components, as well as the ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Proficiency in using a variety of electrical tools and equipment for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose electrical faults, troubleshoot equipment, and offer effective solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision to ensure all installations and repairs are done correctly and safely.
• Good communication skills to effectively relay information to coworkers, supervisors, and clients, as well as to understand instructions and requests.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, contributing to collaborative problem-solving and project completion.
• Physical stamina and strength for heavy lifting and working in various conditions, sometimes for extended periods.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Customer service skills for interacting with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
