Job Description

:Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in buildings.
  • Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
  • Diagnose electrical faults and perform necessary repairs.
  • Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with other construction professionals, such as engineers and contractors.
  • Test electrical systems using tools like multimeters, circuit testers, and oscilloscopes.
  • Replace and upgrade outdated or defective electrical components.
  • Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and installations.
RequirementsRequirements:
  • Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Technician in a building or construction environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
  • Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical fitness and ability to work in different environments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in high-rise buildings or commercial projects.
  • Certification in electrical safety or specialized training.
  • Knowledge of energy-efficient electrical systems.
