Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Saleperson for Electronic Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, maintenance, and overall efficiency of our electronic fleet, including charging, renting, cleaning, and conducting minor repairs or parts replacements as needed. Additionally, this role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in English and Arabic, and previous experience in electronic technicians and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the safety and functionality of electronic by conducting regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Manage the charging process of electronic rides to ensure they are fully charged and ready for use at all times.
• Oversee the rental process, including handling customer inquiries, processing rental requests, and providing assistance to riders as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for electronic rides, including regular cleaning and sanitization.
• Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and accessories and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Conduct minor repairs or parts replacements on electronic rides, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring optimal performance.
• Assist in the installation, setup, and dismantling of electronic rides at various locations as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service to riders, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote electronic rides and generate rental bookings through various marketing channels.
• Maintain accurate records of ride maintenance, repairs, and rental transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Proven experience in electronic technicians or a related field, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends or evenings as needed.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.

Education and/or Experience:
Require a bachelor's degree in Business Management/Electric Engineer
