Job Description

Position Overview: The Electrical Supervisor will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment at the RO Plant ,pumping station, STP and TSE plant etc. This role ensures that all electrical operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision and Leadership:

• Supervise and lead a team of electrical technicians and maintenance personnel.
• Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to team members to ensure optimal workflow and productivity.
• Provide training and development to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

2. Installation and Commissioning:

• Supervise the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and systems.
• Ensure all installations comply with technical specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized installations and repairs.

3. Quality Control and Safety:

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment and systems are functioning properly and safely.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.

4. Operational Efficiency:

• Monitor the performance of electrical systems and equipment to ensure efficient operation.
• Identify opportunities for improving system performance and energy efficiency. Recommend upgrades or modifications to enhance operational effectiveness.

5. Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure all electrical operations comply with project specification
• Prepare and submit reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and safety compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and procurement plans for electrical equipment and supplies.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical
• 10 to 12 yrs. work related experience
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
