Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

Location: UAE

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the installation, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems, including EV chargers.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with DEWA, SEWA, ADDC, and other local regulations.
• Coordinate daily tasks with electricians, technicians, and subcontractors to achieve project goals within deadlines.
• Ensure safety protocols and standards are strictly followed at all project sites.
• Monitor the progress of work, provide technical assistance to the team, and resolve on-site challenges.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections for all completed works to ensure compliance with required standards.
• Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and feedback for management.
• Maintain and oversee the proper use of tools, equipment, and project materials.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the contracting field in the UAE, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of DEWA, SEWA, and ADDC regulations.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal communication).
• UAE driving license is preferable.
• Applicants of any nationality are welcome to apply. We prefer candidates available in the UAE on a visit visa.
• Attested educational certificates from the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) are required.
