Our client is seeking dedicated and experienced Electrical Supervisors to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will oversee electrical work, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements in the water treatment sector.Job Responsibilities:
Supervising Electrical Work:
- Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Ensuring all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Reviewing and approving electrical technical submittals.
- Coordinating with engineers and other departments to ensure all technical requirements are met.
- Tracking project milestones and ensuring timely completion of electrical work.
- Conducting regular site inspections to monitor the quality and progress of electrical work.
- Coordinating with Suppliers:
- Managing RFQs and follow-ups with suppliers for electrical materials and services.
- Conducting technical meetings and negotiations with suppliers.
- Implementing and enforcing safety protocols on-site.
- Conducting safety training sessions for the electrical team.
- Preparing and submitting progress reports and documentation.
- Maintaining accurate records of electrical work and inspections.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the water treatment industry, with a focus on electrical supervision.
- Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Candidates must be based in the UAE.
